RoRo Designs combines the curated experience of a local boutique with the convenience of online shopping.

Best friends and founders, Amanda and Kathleen came to Hinge in need of a strong brand foundation that shared their unique style and story. As a new business, having only started RoRo a few months prior to working with us, these founders wanted their eye for design to shine through their branding from the beginning so that they would be prepared for everything from new product launches to reaching new audiences.

Here’s what we did…

  • Hosted a 2 hour brand strategy session to understand Amanda and Kathleen's unique strengths, as well as the brand’s purpose, audience, and evolution.

  • Developed logo and design concepts that were both elegant and fun to represent the products they curate and design.

  • Then, we developed an extensive color palette and paired it with some edgy typography to fully encompass their brand essence.

  • Crafted foundational brand messaging including vision and missions statements, values, voice, personality, content pillars, and a customer journey to help them move forward with clarity.

  • Implemented the new branding elements across all touch points; designing + building a Shopify website, social media templates, and email marketing flows.

Here’s how it went…

  • We created an in-depth Brand Blueprint with detailed messaging insights to guide future content creation and marketing materials. We also created a full brand suite with a wide variety of patterns, icons, colors, and logo variations so they would be able to produce brand-consistent content on their own.

  • We created Instagram story templates and designed a welcome email sequence so that every part of a customer’s experience was brand consistent.

  • We set up RoRo's complete brand kits in both Canva Pro and Klayvio, so that they would be able to create branded emails, social media posts, and print materials themselves without having to outsource or hire others to create content.
